🎉 LIVE! New Integration with Transact Automated Remuneration Statements

Our long awaited integration with Transact for Automated Remuneration Statements is LIVE!

This integration automatically downloads provider statements from Transact into Plannr's income reconciliation engine. It will check daily for new statements from both your onshore and offshore accounts and also supports syncing from multiple accounts (that is, you can manage multiple Transact Adviser Firms under the one Plannr account).

The transactions from Transact will be automatically reconciled to expectations if they already exist, using the standard Plannr income reconciliation rules.

  • Will create both onshore and offshore statements
  • Will attempt to automatically reconcile existing expectations with its transactions

Please Note - The person creating this initial connection must be a Transact Super User at your Firm (with 2 Step Verification (2SV)) as only they can authorise the Remuneration process.

You can check if you are a Transact Super User by logging into the Transact website > Housekeeping > Online Access. There it will say which users (if any) have Super User access. And if those Super Users have 2SV set up (under the ‘Details’ option).

If you don’t have a Transact Super User or want to register another one, you will need to complete a form please download from here and send via the Transact website – go to: Tools > Upload Documents.

Please ensure that a person named on the FCA register signs it – such as a Director, Partner or Compliance oversight.

What should you do if you haven't got a Genovo account yet?

You will need an active Genovo account before you can set up and activate the integration. There's no risk, no obligation and you can cancel at any time.

Exciting news, we've just pushed live valuation feeds for both M&G Wealth AND SS&C Hubwise. You can enable these add-ons by visting Settings > Addon store and following the setup instructions as per normal.

NEW: Contract enquiry valuations from Royal London

This one feels like a long time coming but we're absolutely delighted to share the good news that the first provider has gone live via Origo's valuation endpoint. To recap, this is one of the old "contract enquiry" style integrations where Unipass certificates are required in order to verify the adviser with a provider to get valuation data.

Before you get too excited and enable the new Royal London integration, please go upload your Unipass certificate as per our support doc here:

Once that's been uploaded and verified, you can then turn on the Royal London valuation as per normal under the settings > addons and every night we'll go and collect valuations for any plans that have a correct policy number with Royal London.

As a side note, we're now working with Origo to get all the other providers live too from the list here: https://origo.com/origo-services/origo-integration-hub/origo-integration-hub-matrix

The Royal London integration is going live initially to our early-access testers as per our article on our community (https://community.plannrcrm.com/c/developer-discussions/royal-london-via-contract-enquiry-guinea-pigs-please) so if you're keen to be one of the first to use it please get in touch.

Once this has been tested successfully with a few firms we'll get this opened up to everyone.

NEW: Parmenion valuation feeds

Good news! We've just rolled out another provider integration and this time it's Parmenion.

Our integration allows you to grab valuation data (including legacy valuations) along with holding data too. We're just putting the final touches on the income reconciliation / transaction integration with Parmenion but thought we would roll this out sooner.

To set up the integration you'll need to contact Parmenion and ask them for your integration username and password. The instructions are shown on the addon as per our other integrations so head on over to Settings > Addons to get started.

New: Raymond James, Novia, 7IM & Wealthtime are live!

Hello everyone, exciting news if you’re a firm who has assets with either Raymond James, Novia, 7IM or Wealthtime.

We’ve just pushed our FINIO-powered integration on Plannr and you can now enable valuation feeds from all of these. If you’re wanting to turn on one of the valuation feeds from those companies in Plannr please could you visit the following link:

https://finio.sprintenterprise.co.uk/plannr/

This will send an instruction over to FINIO to start routing valuation data to us through their system so it’s really important that you fill this in first.

You’ll be asked for a TPSP number when filling in the form and this is a unique identifier from our system that is passed back and forth between FINIO and us to know which firm needs plugging in etc and you can get this from within the Add-on store in Plannr. You’ll need to visit our store under settings, click onto the provider you would like to enable data feeds for (e.g. one of the platforms mentioned above) and the add-on will tell you the TPSP number for your firm. Copy that and paste it into the FINIO form above and then give both systems a few days to get things hooked up and that’s it.
