Improved Client Document Visibility

Hello everyone! Many of you have raised requests for improved Client Document Visibility in the Client Portal.

You are now able to switch on the document folders for, Cases, Plans and Conversations within the Client Portal.

Within Settings go to Custom Default Folders where you will see the option to 'show pseudo folders in client portal?'

Please Note By switching this on then all documents in these folders will be visible to clients so if there are any documents that you do not want to share you will need to create a separate folder without the read / write permissions.

Currently this will need to be done on a client by client basis, although coming soon will be the ability to enable the Default folders for clients already created.

New: Ability to view any files uploaded to conversations, cases and plans at client level

You will now have the ability to view any files uploaded to conversations, cases and plans at client level.

Every client will now have three pseudo (automagical) folders at the client root document folder level:

  • Cases
  • Conversations
  • Plans

As an example if you go into the Plan folder a sub folder will appear for each of the clients plans, from here you can then navigate to the appropriate folder to view any files attached to the the clients ISA for example.

Give it a try! If you have any questions or issues please don’t hesitate to raise a ticket in the usual way or via help@plannrcrm.com

New: Ability to set default folders on Plans

We've rolled out an update on Plannr that allows you to control the default folders for plans in Plannr. This update allows you to set a standardised folder structure for all plans (if you like) or a specific folder type for each distinct type of plan if you fancy it too!

You'll find this under Settings > Default Folders

Enjoy!

Improvement: More context when searching files

We've introduced a few tweaks to the search panel when filtering documents.

The major thing we've introduced is further context on the search results to let you know where the file was found (e.g. was it in a sub-folder).

CleanShot 2023-04-05 at 22.37.54@2x.png

We've also enabled the ability to hit "enter" to trigger a search after typing in the search field too.

Little improvements to make Plannr easier and easier to use!
