Hello everyone!

Many of you have been asking for the ability to Import tasks in Bulk, this is now available in Plannr.

Within Business go to Imports, select Add New and choose Tasks. You can download the sample import CSV and once you have added data use the standard Validate, Create and Update functionality.

Once imported the tasks will show against the client, case or plan and on the task board

Great news, our notes importer is now live!

The Notes Importer allows you to import notes in bulk against Contacts, Plans , Risk and Cases including the type of note.

The Notes Importer does not include adding any notes against tasks

These now allow you to import much larger datasets than our current system allows and as part of that process we’ve tried to cover off as much of the feedback we’ve had on the current system and created a wizard approach.

1/ You will be able to either set your own mapping or choose a previously used mapping

2/ Like the current system it’ll auto-map column names so if you’re uploading a file that uses the same names as Plannr we’ll do a lot of the heavy lifting for you BUT if you have other fields in your uploaded file that don’t map you now have a “Set all unmapped to ignore” button that sets everything else to ignore.
