Split investments down further to separate BR & IHT plans
Currently the ‘Investments’ section includes everything from GIAs / ISAs / Bonds to EIS / VCTs. Feedback from clients on the portal (& staff) is it would be beneficial if these were separated similar to Pensions.

Ability to restrict who can alter VAT Percentage and other fields when adding a charge
As a firm we would like to restrict who can change the VAT percentage, Gross Amount and VAT Amount. VAT is at 20% set by the default in the system so only allow certain users / levels to be able to change this or the other fields as this could cause problems with VAT reporting

Alphabetic or user defined sorting of automations when triggering manually
Currently the options for triggering an automation are unsorted - it would be good to have them ordered as we use prefixes to help categorise the automation types

Customise SMS 'From' name
Currently our name is too long for the name shown in text messages we send via automations, meaning it is cut-off. If we could customise how the name is shown, this would solve the issue.

We should be able to set default values when creating custom fields, so that when for example a new client is created and we have a required field they could have a field pre-populated

We want to be able to add fields to an adviser, for example, the company we acquired them from, their personal calendly link, their Regions, Teams and Pods. We could then use this is automations/reports etc

Currently this is free text and typically sources are standardised, allowing us to identify the different sources of our leads without the risk of freehand items not being entered correctly

Ability to trigger a workflow against a Plan
Currently you’re able to trigger a workflow against a Case and Client, but not against a Plan… Despite the fact you can add a task to a Plan. It would be helpful to be able to start a workflow against a plan too.

It would be nice to be able to add extra text (i.e. a ‘preamble’) - as well as images, fonts and colours - to the Form Builder, as you can in Google Forms, for instance, to make it look nicer and to help differentiate between different Forms that we might send to clients.
