Currently when looking at Client risk you can see the following: Completed at Risk Level Provider Completed By An additional column is required for Chosen Risk and change the current ‘Risk Level’ to be Assessed Risk

Currently we can only choose to have custom fields shown/hidden based on client status. It would be useful to be able to use all available fields (including other custom fields), in order to have true context-dependant custom fields.

The menu which appears on the top left of the screen when viewing a clients plan allows us to seamlessly move back to the client's record doesn't exist under cases. Instead, if we want to move back to the client record from the case we need to click the client’s name where it appears under the case dashboard. It would be more user friendly for cases to work in the same way as plans for navigation.

Mina Willsher (Voyant Support) Jul 16, 2026, 11:34 AM GMT+1 Hi Emily, Our intention and desire is to develop a 2 way integration with Plannr however when we discussed this with Plannr it was evident that a significant amount of development work was still in progress by Plannr. In order to have a successful 2 way integration we need to wait until Plannr have fully developed their software to ensure items from Voyant are mapped across correctly. Plannr published their road map earlier in the year, however there are no timescales for completion of the work. We are therefore unlikely to be able to revisit this until towards the end of the year. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further questions regarding this. Integration

As a firm we would like to restrict who can change the VAT percentage, Gross Amount and VAT Amount. VAT is at 20% set by the default in the system so only allow certain users / levels to be able to change this or the other fields as this could cause problems with VAT reporting

It’s not clear that the client should fill in %-points. I suggest a slider to make it more obvious or change it to £ or change the text/tooltip to make it more clear.

Currently the ‘Investments’ section includes everything from GIAs / ISAs / Bonds to EIS / VCTs. Feedback from clients on the portal (& staff) is it would be beneficial if these were separated similar to Pensions.
