Split investments down further to separate BR & IHT plans
Currently the ‘Investments’ section includes everything from GIAs / ISAs / Bonds to EIS / VCTs. Feedback from clients on the portal (& staff) is it would be beneficial if these were separated similar to Pensions.

Ability to trigger a workflow against a Plan
Currently you’re able to trigger a workflow against a Case and Client, but not against a Plan… Despite the fact you can add a task to a Plan. It would be helpful to be able to start a workflow against a plan too.

Form Builder
It would be nice to be able to add extra text (i.e. a ‘preamble’) - as well as images, fonts and colours - to the Form Builder, as you can in Google Forms, for instance, to make it look nicer and to help differentiate between different Forms that we might send to clients.

RMAR Section I Data Issue
Currently the RMAR configuration for Section I is excluding plans that have started and ended in the reporting period. As a result of this, we will have some plans which will never have been included in our Section I data. For example, we have Student Healthcare policies that run for a period of 9 months, they can therefore start in the reporting year AND end in the reporting year. They show as Inactive once they have ended and as a result, they are excluded from our Section I data. Please can you change the configuration so that Inactive plans are excluded UNLESS they have a start date within the same period? In the meantime, we are having to manually identify these plans of which there are many!

Plan Fields in Form Builder
Use case: We would like a client to be able to select a specific plan when filling in a form, so that we can complete actions related to that specific policy. I understand this is fundamentally different functionality from the way fields are currently brought through into forms directly from plannr data, but this would be extremely powerful and useful for us for specific plan related actions e.g. trading instructions, plan servicing.

Ability to include inactive accounts values in graphs
It would be useful for the graphs to include values for inactive accounts. The net worth graph loses historical accuracy if there is a transfer of an investment between providers. Many client have 10 years of valuations on one platform which do not show if a replatform is done. Ideally we don’t want the inactive plans to clutter the portal up so it is just valuations that need to show through.

Previous Assignee remembered in Workflow
For example, a workflow is set up to assign to a Group (e.g. Admin) but the Team reallocates the initial task to an individual within the team (e.g. Employee A). When the first task is complete, the second task in the workflow will allocate back to Admin, not Employee A. It would be helpful if it remembered who it’s been re-allocated to.

It would be good if you could have a way to view team capacity visually - ie like Monday.com where they have the bubbles that fill until they are overfilled. We had a spreadsheet internally to do this, but it was very manual and is something the CRM should be able to do as it should contain all the data. The only roadblock I currently see is that there’s not a way to tell the system how long each task should take in order of fit to calculate capacity per day showing over the week.

Is there a method to show that a protection policy is joint life assured (not joint owner)? It seems you can only have one life assured saved against a protection plan, whereas we would need to be able to chose between 1st life, joint life 1st death and joint life 2nd death.

Create hidden client group (for non active or deceased clients)
It would be great to create a group that can be hidden from the main search and only accessed when searching in the hidden group. This group can be for non active clients, deceased, etc so these clients do not come up when searching in the search bar or via rocket.

Annual Review Log/Tab
I would like to have a Review tab down the side under the Dashboard button. In here I would like to see an overview of outstanding reviews, and upcoming reviews. I know we can produce a ‘report’ which would provide this information however I have previously had this functionality and found it really useful based on the volume I had to do. By seeing overdue daily I can ensure reviews aren’t forgotten or can alter the team if I know that review has been done but not moved on to next year. Having a live ‘upcoming review list’ with filters to decide how far in front I want to look is useful to stay proactively on top of reviews. Basically it’s just very handy to have such information in front of you at the click of a button. Please let me know if you want any more input on this.

Client Portal - Plan View and provider information
It is frustrating to our clients that they can only view plans in alphabetical order and it also does not show the provider (we don’t name plans with the provider details as we can view that from our dashboard) They want to be able to filter by plan type or by provider. Our only current option is to go into every client and plan and re-name them all which we don’t want to do.

Some of the logic on transactions don’t work - withdrawals automatically are negative values but Transfers seem to be all positive values… however some transfers are transfers out. Could these be negatives as default. Also as has mentioned before something to stop the duplication/re-keying on Premiums and Transactions would be fantastic (and the ability to export/import transactions too).

When a client uploads a document for the first time - it creates a folder called “Client Uploads” Can this be changed to “My Uploads” or something of the same vein as “Client Uploads” feels wrong and impersonal. As in my opinion a client shouldn’t see themself be referred to as a client.
