@Reiss Moore just checking on this one, are you looking for your team to choose the outcome (e.g. system shows a question, they click “yes / no” and then depending on the answer it loads different tasks or are you looking for the system to look at client data (for example client age) and intelligently follow a route automatically?

Just jumping in to say that I’d personally prefer a yes/no option to start with, but recognise this is Reiss’ suggestion!

@Gareth (G) Thompson The former, as the latter feels like more of an automation driver I’d say.
