Currently our name is too long for the name shown in text messages we send via automations, meaning it is cut-off. If we could customise how the name is shown, this would solve the issue.
SMS Company names have a strict limit of 11 characters, this is a general rule - not a Plannr one.

Appreciate there is a limit, but the option to alter the display name would be great, as currently ours shows as ‘LUMIN WEALT’ whereas we would ideally shorten it to ‘LUMIN’

Hey Zoe, i upvoted this one too. I understand the 11 char limit, its more about customising our name so it displays better within the limit. Rather than Financial Services appearing as “Financ” we could change it to “FS” if that makes sense?
