New Automation Engine features are live!

Great news! A new raft of automation blocks have now landed. Alongside all the existing blocks you can also automate sending your new prospects and clients a login, issuing factfinds, sending Form Buildr forms to complete, and requesting client signatures. We know that this will add many options for your automated onboarding and client review processes. (Also, a nifty little feature, if a client already has a login for example, the automation engine will simply skip this step rather than pausing the whole automation - hooray!)

We have brought our UI in line with other areas of Plannr so your Blueprints sit nicely on the Automations dashboard as a menu option, just like your document templates do in Doc Buildr.

There are now all-new trigger conditions and trigger filters too. The number of fields you can create a trigger condition against is now an extensive list - as well as - drumroll please - your custom fields too! This allows you to build automation blueprints to target exactly the client bank you need - and only when specific conditions are met. Very exciting!

Go and have a play, and as always if you need any Consultancy or training on building your new automations please do reach out to us at sales@plannrcrm.com to book in. Our support desk are also available for any questions you might have too!

We hope you love these improvements as much as we do!

It's released! We've been talking about it for a while but we've just rolled out the ability to send beautiful HTML emails to contacts via the automation engine.

Oh, and you can also use the new "notify" block too to trigger notifications within Plannr too!

Here's a little video showing the email builder in action!
