Conversation confusion for clients leads to..

..entire message in the conversation title!

Any one else find clients often start a new conversation and think the first box which appears is the message when in fact it is the “Conversation Title”. It is labelled to be fair but even so this very often results in us getting a new chat from a client with the entire message in the title of the chat.
