Automation emails
Hi, currently email ant as part of an automation sequence comes from Plannr no-reply@plannrcrm.com. it’s quite likely these would get deleted and therefore an annual review meeting might not then get booked in.
Can this be changed so it shows the name and email address it should come from please?

Any further on this development, it is crucial that emails show coming from our email domain for clients to know it is not a spam email and genuine

@Gareth (G) Thompson just following up on this it’s something preventing me from using the automations for annual planning meeting invites. To have the same invite/branding when I invite a client to complete a factfind from plannr would be perfect….

Hi @matthew_walne , just to check are you looking for all emails sent by Plannr to appear to be sent from your own email / work domain?

Yes please or at least show that the automation email comes from me. At the moment there is nothing in the email header that looks like it’s from me and might just get deleted or ignored.
