Fact find notes
It would be really useful to have notes section in fact find sections eg notes in income, notes in expenditure etc. That way if we need to record a note related to a particular entry it's all in the same place. Furthermore, the factfind snapshot would then have it stored in the one place for compliance overview rather than having to work through general notes.

Factfind notes show in 'snapshop' for ALL sections
I appreciate there has been a recent update to include anything in the 'notes' sections within the client areas to pull through to the factfind snapshop document. Could this therefore be replicated for the plan sections.
We're having to duplicate things when it comes to file reviews with compliance, adn can be graded down as the factfind looks half complete as majority of 'soft facts' are in the notes sections?

I agree and it’s surprising this hasn’t been prioritised for urgent review.
Plannr captures the data needed to provide advice, but there’s no streamlined way to package a case for compliance archiving or in the event of a complaint.
How would we send a full, date-stamped export to the ombudsman? There is no way to do this.
Just add an internal free type box on every data capture page.
Each capture page in the client and plan information area should include a free-type box directly on the page, not hidden in a pop-up, to record detailed notes where needed.
These aren’t optional notes to scroll through, they’re essential data capture that supports the suitability of the advice and should be part of the core client plan information, not listed or stickied elsewhere. The full client and plan record should then be exportable to pdf to add to the case documents.
A Snapshot feature that allows printing of all client, case, relevant task and plan notes would be extremely useful to create a complete advice record. This would ensure all data is captured as it stood on the date of the advice. A review of the factfind and compliance checking functionality feels necessary, as it’s not clear how a fully compliant advice case is preserved for future reference under the current setup.
