Could we explore getting a feed from Zoopla to update the monthly value of Properties listed under fixed assets. It makes the valuation more of a source of truth for the client when they log into their portal.
This would be a fantastic inflow of data. Helps make the portal assets more realtime. We use FINCALC now so it would feed nicely into our cash flow plans as well.
