Workflow Tasks

When starting a workflow either within a case or task you are unable to see any previous notes to understand what you are working on within that workflow. For a case, you can still see the case title but for a task you can see nothing apart from the workflow task wording which is not client specific.

At the moment we are having to copy over all information from task to task within the workflow which defeats the workflow efficiency. Would there be a way of please adding a field / note in that stays within each of the workflow tasks so that you can see an overview of what it is that the workflow tasks relate to.
