Withdrawals

Additional fields are required on withdrawals such as frequency and end date when adding regular amounts. Also a drop down with withdrawals types such as PCLS, Pension Income, Transfer Out, Withdrawal, Dividend Income etc. Also a tickbox to say if this is taxable or not.
