Feature RequestContacts (Clients / Prospects / Employees / Introducers)

The notes section is useful but could there be set fields such as type of vulnerability i.e Capability, Health, Life Event, Resilience (perhaps tick boxes where you could tick more than one) and a date field of when Vulnerability Status was updated.
