Update to Password Policy in Plannr

I (Lysa at Plannr) am raising this on behalf of Gavin Persand at Walker Crips under James’ name.

We recently got the results back from our IT audit and we were pulled up on Plannr not having a complex password setting that includes special characters.

Is this something that you plan to implement in the future? I would like to make an official feature request as per this email so if you could follow up on that, it would be great.

Plannr customers and Client Portal access require the following password rules currently:

• Minimum 8 Characters

• At least 1 Letter

• At least 1 number

We would like the ability to have a more complex password policy where we can set the rules e.g.

• Minimum 12 characters

• At least 1 Letter

• At least 1 number

• At least 1 special character

• Password Strength score

• History checking

• Enforce change of password yes / no and if yes x months
