Turn off factfind notification in automation

I’m building an automation for new prospective clients.

When client prospect is true, create portal login, send factfind schema.

Client receives two email notifications and can be confusing.

Is it possible that the client receives one email effectively login to our portal and complete the factfind.

We can turn off factfind notifications when sent as a manual request, it would be great to have this as an option in the send factfind request block in automations too.
