Transactions: Tax-relief for net pension contributions

There does not seem to be a transaction type for tax-relief money coming into a pension plan claimed by the provider for all net pension contributions.

The only transaction type suitable seems to be “Contribution”. It will be useful to be able to label contributions into a pension plan as either a Net Member’s Contribution, an Employer’s Contribution, or a Tax-Relief contribution from HMRC.
