Task Start Dates & Time Open

Would be great to have a date that tasks are created, visible at a glance as easily as the due date is.

I think also a "days outstanding" or "days to completion" if you could put in a counter that tells you at a glance how long it's been open? Would be good if it stays on record and freezes at point of completion so that when auditing, we can see how long something took historically. Bonus points if it has weeks and days so we don't have to do extra maths.

We want this to help us standardise task turnaround times and quickly identify what is taking longer or shorter than average.
