Some issues whilst doing data entry

A few things I've noticed doing data entry today:

• When adding multiple telephone numbers the previous number is prepopulated in the form when you add a second.
• Clients page, I'd have found it useful to be able to navigate from pages one through to 10 without having to scroll down to the bottom. Also the view always resets to list.
• If I create a dependant, the create dependant button disappears
• finally, Plannr resets itself quite often and that's annoying when in the middle of a form which isn't saved.
