Show "Known as" name in client list/search results etc

Because apparently no one goes by their given name!
It can cause confusion if we know a client, Robert Charles Loblob for example, as "Chuck". He'll show as Robert Loblob in the client list, search results and other areas - if less in-the-know admin staff are trying to find his record in Plannr, they might not know he's actually a Robert.

Maybe show names as Firstname "KnownAs" Lastname?
