Set own default filters for tasks across all company users

When clicking on all open tasks it should show in progress tasks, for the user, set by due date. Currently it shows all tasks, even completed tasks? by date task was set which shows tasks that might not be due for a month first but tasks due tomorrow are all the way down the list.
