Service levels & fee models

we should have centralised systems & controls to show our service level segments (also should have client segments but that is another topic which intertwines), this in turn can populate many things but most importantly fees models & in turn expected fees etc. its quite difficult to explain in a small details box - but its something our compliance provider says is key & what we have automated on IO now.
more of a business function than a client directly, but this seemed the logical alternative category.
