Risk - Overview of all Risks assessments Additional Column to display Chosen Risk

Currently when looking at Client risk you can see the following:

  • Completed at

  • Risk Level

  • Provider

  • Completed By

An additional column is required for Chosen Risk and change the current ‘Risk Level’ to be Assessed Risk
