When uploading commission statements, Plannr should remove any formula present in the CSV file.
This is especially problematic at present with Legal & General statements as they use = and " in the policy number cells. E.g. ="0123456" and Plannr will take this verbatim. This means the policy numbers do not match with what's on Plannr as it is just 0123456 it is looking for.
This also prevents us from using the "create expectation" button as the policy number does not match.
We receive lots of statements from Legal & General (L&G) and many of them are protection policies with trail income that we weren't necessary expecting and have no expectation set up for it. So we normally just "create expectation" as and when these come in.
However, currently, we would need to manually edit every statement item to remove = and " so it can match the policy number on Plannr. On an average month, this would be 150-180 statement items. Painful process.
If the Plannr system is able to store and recognise alternative policy numbers, then this would also solve this issue (I've submitted a separate feedback for this already).
