Reduce font and spacing in task description so more is visible on main task view

The spacing over the overall task view is not conducive to providing the viewer with sufficient information when viewing the main task screen. There needs to be much more info in the space used to avoid having to click around to see the info.

At the very least the full task description should be visible when viewing the task (in a reduced font and spacing). At the moment we get very limited info as per screenshots.
