Can we record the dates where client Terms of Business and client Agreements were signed in the Key Dates section under Clients?

These are important for compliance purposes.

    yes date and version number is essential and also need to capture record version of data protection statement and date

    Would also be useful to have a field to record the version of agreement issued eg v2
