Recent Activity - Don't duplicate enties

On my dashboard, the Recent Activity box shows 9 entries but because I have flicked around the same client (or couple), all 9 entries relate to the same client(s). It would be better to only have one entry per client so that up to 9 recent clients can be access quickly.
