Prospective Plans require too much info

When adding in a prospective plan, it requires all the mandatory fields that a full plan does.

Would it be possible to update this so that when a plan type is changed to Prospect, the mandatory fields are set to optional? Leaving the plan to be updated as much or as little as possible while it's a prospect.
