Premium History

What I would like to see is, when saving a premium/transfer/contribution/crystallisation event/anything that could happen more than once, a record of this under transactions and the form cleared for next time. Currently, the last saved data is showing but you would have to type over it and lose it to record a second transaction.

We need the ability to add multiple contributions / premiums / transfers and have a premium transaction history, against each plan, with total contributions tallied at the bottom.

ETA: Ideally premiums would be shown per tax year too.
