This would be the place where all conversations are stored, with the option to sort them by most recent.
It could work similarly to the Plans or Circles page, with the most recent messages displayed at the top.
This would allow firms to manage and respond to messages more efficiently, rather than sorting through every conversation individually.
Ideally, it would also include a filter system (e.g., filter by client name, filter by group, filter by subject etc.).
I believe this would be especially useful when trying to find previous correspondence especially when doing client file reviews for longstanding cases
