Plan Fields in Form Builder

Use case: We would like a client to be able to select a specific plan when filling in a form, so that we can complete actions related to that specific policy.

I understand this is fundamentally different functionality from the way fields are currently brought through into forms directly from plannr data, but this would be extremely powerful and useful for us for specific plan related actions e.g. trading instructions, plan servicing.
