Plan field name misleading

Under a plan, there is a field called ‘Notes’. After interrogating the plan export csv, I believe this filed maps to ‘protectionpolicypreexistingconditions_notes’. It isn't clear that this notes field is about pre-existing conditions, rather than general plan notes.
