With all notes being added to the client dashboard it is easy for important notes to get lost. It would be really helpful if notes can be pinned to the top of the list and notes to be assigned as priority/critical so they are easy to see.

I've asked about this before, and to my mind it's crucial and I don't know why it's not been built-in from the start. Important notes can get lost in the roll-up. We need the ability to pin them to the top.
