Where?: Case Dashboard> Along with Info, Plans, could be a separate tab as Instructions or the Info tab could be more detailed.
When?: This could be a toggle option when creating a case. like “Would you like to add instructions?”. if “yes”, then the rest of these pop up.
What?:
Summary of Advice (text box)
Reason for Advice (text box)
Products to be Switched (drop down menu of client existing products)
Recommended New Products (text box, or could be dropdown from a business specific provider database for their go to products)
Recommended New Provider (text box, or could be dropdown from a business specific provider database for their go to products)
Products Retained (drop down menu of client existing products)
Investment Strategy (Dropdown from investment strategies that the business uses like Timeline Tracker 90 etc.)
Advice Fees- Initial, Ongoing (both separate text boxes for numbers or %)
we can adjust if some of them need to be required fields but thats a separate discussion.
we can even automate which field becomes required depending on the type of case selected. please feel free to add in comments if anything else could be useful.
Why?:
Reduces the need for an additional document to be filled out and processed.
Paraplanning becomes more streamlined and centralized on Plannr.
Paraplanners are not running around like headless chickens trying to piece the case together.
Easy access to the instruction with less number of clicks and downloads as it will pop up in your face when you open the case on Plannr.
Gives more structure to instructions instead of having them dumped in the notes, which then get lost in other task notes sometimes.
Less work for Admin, less stress for Paraplanning, straight forward for Adviser.
