Like everyone, I like the concept of not having to re-key data fields when looking to open a Transact account from the data held on Plannr. However, the client address details and bank account information and type of client are not carried across despite being entered already on Plannr. Surely, any data field that is required by Transact to open an account and which has already been saved on Plannr, should be able to be automatically transferred to Transact without having to re-key the same information again. Or am I missing something? In its current iteration of the Transact integration, my PA could open an account with Transact directly in around 30 seconds more than using the Plannr/Transact integration, as this would be how long it would take her to enter the name, date of birth and email address which seem to be the only pulled through items. Sorry if Iβm doing something wrong and I would like it to save us time.
