Notifications to Adviser, Administrator and Employee

Currently if a client uploads a document only the adviser gets a notification. It would be preferable if both adviser AND administrator gets notification (or at least for this to be an option in the user settings).

In addition to this, it appears adviser get notifications when employees upload documents to plannnr. Would it be possible for adviser to turn off notifications for employee actions
