Notifications for Conversation Replies

Raising on behalf of Client

It be helpful if there were email notifications when conversations are replied to, e.g. in staff absences the conversations aren’t missed back from Clients. This could work both ways, e.g. Firm conversation ‘owner’ gets a notification when a Client replies, but also the Client gets an email notification when the Firm reply.
