New Insurer Requirement - Ex smokers need date stopped

When doing protection business we now need to define ex-smoker really clearly as insurers have different conditions that they apply depending on the date last smoked. On the factfind Health block, when a user selects ex-smoker, can we then see a date field for Date Stopped and also possibly a notes field with long text string to give clients opportunity to tell us more info which will help with our protection quotes and applications.
