New Automation Trigger (Form Completion)

Hi. It would be very useful if the completion of a form could trigger an automation, whether sent via request only to the portal, or via a public form which leads to the creation of a prospect/client.

This could then be used to send a summary using custom fields and the document builder, and email the client/members of staff to confirm the form has been completed. Without it, it's heavily reliant on Plannr notifications which often are silent and missed.
