New Action Points tile on client portal and adviser portal

We were thinking of a box that a client would see on their main dashboard with a title, ‘action points’. We would set the action, for example:

  • Make ISA contribution of x amount
  • Confirm outstanding mortgage
  • Etc

They would be able to see how many action points they had and what they were, once they’ve completed the follow up actions, they can tick them off.

That way when it comes to looking at their finances on the portal, its clear to see what the advisor has requested them to do and this way it wouldn’t get forgotten about from the client.

It would save us time chasing up, but also makes their life easy as its very clear what they need to do.

Could be a two-way action box, with progress bar, so both adviser and client can add action points and reflect any changes made / check off once complete.
