Mortgage Fact Find schema revisions

Mortgage FactFind schema needs some significant improvements if it is to be useful.

1. Some strange compulsory question alerts notified to client when completing.
2. No dates on the address or option to add previous address or status at address.
3. Expenses are in illogical order and no option to specify anything but monthly (e.g. annual etc).
4. When adding existing plans such as life cover there are no questions regarding vital basic details such as sum assured and premium.
5. When keying employment details the questions are not all relevant, some duplicate and the relevant questions (for mortgage purposes) are not asked (e.g. asking only for turnover for self-employment!)
