Monthly or Annual Option & Copy Current to Future Expenditure

When adding expenditure to the f/find it would be helpful to give clients the choice of either providing monthly or annual expenditure.
Also, when using desired future lifestyle, it would help if the current expenditure is copied across so only the items that are going to change (e.g. holidays) have to be amended rather than all fields being completed again.
And, the client should be able to say when the lifestyle change is to take effect from.
