[Miller Knight] Client facing system emails need to remove all reference to Plannr

Please remove the Plannr logo and change the ‘Log into Plannr’ button to ‘Log into your portal’ as our clients have no knowledge of who Plannr are, and we want all end-client emails and notifications to only reference our brand and firm.
