Managing expectations and charge schedules

When the charge schedules and expectation screens loan, they place the newest at the top. If you delete the top one, the page refreshes to show the oldest at the top. This means you have to navigate to the end of the list to find the next newest one to delete.
It would also be helpful to be able to click a column header to automagically order a column
