Logged Time.

There doesn't seem to be a way of viewing total logged time against a case to included time assigned to individual tasks. When in the case dashboard the logged time only gives you time against the case not the tasks. Would be good if it could give a total time logged against the case.

    Hierarchical Time Logging

    When logging time within a task, it doesn't show in the 'Logged Time' in the case that belongs to. Further, when logging time in a case, it doesn't show in the client's logged time. Would be good if it showed under headings of the cases in the client view.
