Let us change the wording of custom dropdown fields for Form Builder

On occasion, we’ll have custom selection fields in Plannr with wording that makes sense from a business perspective. If we want to use that field on a Form Builder form, the options in the list are non-editable so the wording will be as it is on the business end, which isn’t always client-friendly.

We need an option to include those fields in forms and to change the wording on the options, with a mapping system so that the answers match up on the client record.
