Invitation snippets available for client portal actions

Where we interact with the client portal in some way (e.g. a factfind request, form request, conversations, etc) it would be great to have a library of saved texts (canned responses) in a dropdown list so we don't have to type out the personalised invitation each time, but can select a pre-set body of text and then customise before hitting send.
