Income Reconciliation - Alternative Policy Numbers

Providers will sometimes use difference policy numbers on statements compared to the clients actual policy number for enquiry purposes.

For example, Aegon clients will have a client reference number, and wrapper numbers. But statements will quote the client reference number instead of wrapper numbers.

Other providers like LV, will add some weird prefix/suffix to the policy numbers on their statements like 123456/00-IF1 and this will not match automatically to their policy on Plannr and we cannot "create an expectation" automatically because of this, without editing the actual plan details to match this new statement reference number (but contrary to their actual policy schedule).

Likewise, Legal & General will include strange symbols and formula in their commission statements (= and "), so a policy number would look like this ="01234567" instead of just 01234567 and it does not automatically reconcile on Plannr without a lot of manual intervention. (I will add this as a separate feedback as the Plannr system should strip out this formula when uploading the csv file.).

Our previous CRM had this incredible feature of an "alternative policy number" list for each policy, which is updated whenever you match a statement item to the policy, so it will recognise this again in future fee statements and auto reconcile it to that plan.

Please add this feature as it will help tremendously in the income reconciliation process.
