Income Rec Action Button always on show

The action buttons such as 'reconcile to statement transaction' are always at the top of the page. This is problematic for scolling down long lists, selecting items, and then having to scroll right back to the top to click the button.

It would be better if these buttons were always on show as you scroll down a list. A but like the split function in Excel.
