Improved document search

Say I want to search for all files called "illustration" saved under one client record. Currently, I can't do this. I can either use the search function on the top-right, in which case the results can't be filtered by client, or I can go into the documents section of the client record, but then I can only search within a specific folder (and not within subfolders). This is something which should be addressed. My preference would be for you to add some filters to the general search, so you can optionally narrow down the results to a specific client or whatever.
